I have a landlord and for the most part, he is decent. However we have had a car in our garage that belongs to the landlord. It has been there for a year now. Every time we ask him, he says that he will do it in a few days.
Well, today I was taking the garbage out and now there are 2 boats in my back yard. I can't get to the back alley to take the garbage out now.

Driving.
Driving is a privilege and not a right. So why are there so many bad drivers out there?
I am referring to the people who run red lights. Don't even bother stopping at stop signs. Making left hand turns from the right lane. Passing drivers who drive the speed limit while in a no passing area. Like residential areas.
From time to time, I drive a 10,000 pound cargo truck around. I can't tell you how many times I have been cut off or almost hit because other drivers are in too big a hurry.
Basically, slow down. If you are late then you are late. Almost causing accidents are not worth it. And if you got into an accident, then you would be really late for wherever you were headed.

Customer Service
Why is it so hard to get good customer service these days? I work in retai and I try to give the best customer service that I can. Nothing is more frustrating in going out for a nice meal, getting seated and then basically having to beg for water or coffee refills. It's not that hard. Hey, try smiling once In a while. You might actually enjoy it. No one wants to be around someone who looks angry or depressed.
When I am out looking for something to purchase and I have questions, it would be nice if someone were available to answer them. Not on their phone or testing. You can do all that on your own time.

Spelling and grammer
Ok, I am a pretty patient guy. But I am getting real tired of spelling and grammer errors on web sites, Newspaper ads and in texts. There is a nifty tool. It's called spell check. I believe that word perfect 4 was one of the first programs that included it with the program.
Not everyone spells correctly the first time. I make lots of spelling errors. I use spell check. It's great. Sure we are in a rush, but some spelling errors cause confusion.
